- Basic engineering document/ drawings such as Process Flow Diagram (PFD), P&ID, Material Selection Diagram, Process & Mechanical Data Sheet of equipment & piping items, preparation of bulk piping material take-off (preliminary bulk MTO) for budgetary estimate purpose and final MTO based on piping layout in a status release for construction.

Material ranges are Stainless Steel ( All Grades ), Carbon Steel and Non ferrous weldment like Nickel base alloys, Aluminium etc. as per Client’s Drgs. & Specifications. Reference code of constructions are ASME Sec. VIII, Div. 1 / I.S./ API / TEMA / NDDB etc. under Client / Third Party Inspection Agencies.
TSE having facilities to machine components of Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and non ferrous materials. Turning, Milling, Planning, Boring are our key area of machining. Machining facilities in CNC Machining Centers are also available.
TSE having fabrication facilities under Covered area with in-built facilities of Bend Rolling, Welding, Press Forming, Machining, Surface finishing, Painting and Hydraulic / Pneumatic Testing of the complete job. This workshop is used for fabrication of stainless steel and carbon steel equipment with well equipped material handling facilities avoiding any contamination between Stainless Steel to Carbon Steel.
Strict adherence to the specification of Raw Materials and performing required Non Destructive Tests are the basic objective of TSE.
Fabrication and Machine shops are well equipped with Cutting, Rolling, Bending, Shearing, welding, Conventional and Non-conventional Machining Centres.
