Techno Sphere Engineers was established in the year 2013 and serving Petroeum, Petro-chemical, Chemical, Dairy, Steel, Cement Plant industries since then. Leveraging top-notch engineering skills and consistent quality manufacturing ability, TSE has objective and vision to develop a stellar reputation as a leading manufacturer of process equipment.
In view of the firm’s objective, Techno Sphere Engineers is in process to set up its finest and versatile production unit at I.T.I. Satish Chandra, Sikshaniketan, Kalanabagram, Burdwan through Public Private Partnership agreement with IMC, duly approved by Director of Industrial Training. TSE fulfilling the assigned responsibility of establishing Production Unit along with delivering manufacturing know how to the institute students. It is the first initiative to create such a venture in history of West Bengal. TSE have other Production arrangement too in Kolkata and Gurap to take care of daily production need.
TSE is an engineering house, fully capable in carrying out Modification, Revamp/ Augmentation design work that are treated as brown field projects in the field of power, paper, oil, petrochemical, chemical, water treatment and for other major industrial plants. We possess a competent team of mechanical & chemical (process) engineers having vast experiences in various industrial plant system design work in the mentioned field.
In addition, TSE initialized provision of Project Monitoring, On-field and Off-field Third Party Inspection Services, helping to ensure the quality of the manufacturing / construction and conformance with the plans and specifications. Our professionals having rich experience in conformity assessment through Pan India presence.

Engineering and Execution
Executing tailor made equipment manufacturing including Designing, Installation and Commissioning for the Process plant in the field of chemical, petro-chemical, dairy and food
processing industries
Shop Fabrication
Fabricates Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel Vessels, Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers(Shell and Tube type), Process Equipments for Chemical, Petro-chemical industries, Low Temp. / Cryogenic Vessel for Liquid Oxygen / Liquid Nitrogen Plant, Dairy Plant and Equipments, Food Processing Industries and many others. Material ranges are Stainless Steel ( All Grades ), Carbon Steel and Non ferrous weldment like Nickel base alloys, Aluminium etc. as per Client’s Drgs. & Specifications. Reference code of constructions are ASME Sec. VIII, Div. 1 / I.S./ API / TEMA / NDDB etc. under Client / Third Party Inspection Agencies.
Machine Shop Manufacturing
TSE having facilities to machine components of Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and non ferrous materials. Turning, Milling, Planning, Boring are our key area of machining. Machining facilities in CNC Machining Centers are also available.

TSE having fabrication facilities under Covered area with in-built facilities of Bend Rolling, Welding, Press Forming, Machining, Surface finishing, Painting and Hydraulic / Pneumatic Testing of the complete job. This workshop is used for fabrication of stainless steel and carbon steel equipment with well equipped material handling facilities avoiding any contamination between Stainless Steel to Carbon Steel.

Strict adherence to the specification of Raw Materials and performing required Non Destructive Tests are the basic objective of TSE.
Machinery
Fabrication and Machine shops are well equipped with Cutting, Rolling, Bending, Shearing, welding, Conventional and Non-conventional Machining Centres.
Man Power
Having qualified workforce with technical know how and in combination of skilled and semi skilled persons in the field of design, marketing, production, inspection, erection- commissioning and after sales services. Apart from that about 25 engineers catering across India to take care of Project
Expediting and Inspection work for our valuable clients.
